We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all learners. By enrolling in and participating in the SLC, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct
1. Respectful Communication: Treat all fellow learners, instructors, and mentors with respect and courtesy. Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, or any form of discrimination based on factors such as race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic.
2. Constructive Engagement: Engage in discussions and interactions in a constructive and thoughtful manner. Share your viewpoints while being open to different perspectives. Critique ideas, not individuals, and maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
3. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of others by refraining from sharing personal information or private conversations without explicit consent. The curriculum is designed to be shared. As long authorship of the material is acknowledged, you may share SLC materials, resources, or any content provided within the SLC with non-participants. The SLC organizers will respect your privacy and will not share your personal data or quiz scores without your permission.

5. Academic Integrity: Complete assignments and assessments on your own, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited and may result in consequences as outlined by SLC policies.
6. Inclusive Environment: Promote an inclusive learning environment by appreciating and respecting the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints among SLC learners. Avoid any behavior that may marginalize or exclude others.
7. Compliance with Policies: Adhere to all SLC policies, guidelines, and instructions provided by the instructors and mentors. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or removal from the SLC.
8. Reporting Concerns: If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it to the SLC administrators immediately. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a safe learning environment for all.
9. Communications from ExpandNet: ExpandNet will send you occasional scale-up-related messages to the email that you used to enroll. ExpandNet will never sell your contact information to any marketing organization.
By participating in the SLC, you acknowledge that any violations of this code of conduct may result in appropriate actions, including but not limited to warnings, sanctions, or removal from the SLC, as determined by the SLC administrators.
